These Terms of Service ("Agreement") are entered into by and between LEGACY QUANTUM LTD, a UK limited company ("Legacy" or "the Company"), and you ("User," "Member," or "Affiliate"), and govern your participation in Legacy’s digital platform, including access to online courses, coaching programs, digital tools, and any affiliated services
1. Rights and Responsibilities
- You have the right to access Legacy's platform and educational content according to the plan or package you selected upon registration.
- If qualified and accepted as an Affiliate, you may promote Legacy’s services and refer new users under Legacy's Affiliate Program.
- If eligible, you may receive commissions or bonuses in accordance with the official Legacy Compensation Plan.
2. Independent Affiliate Status
You agree that as an Affiliate, you act as an independent contractor and not as an employee, partner, agent, or legal representative of Legacy. You are solely responsible for your own expenses, including but not limited to travel, communication, internet, and taxes. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating an employment relationship.
3. Membership Fees and Payment Terms
- Upon enrollment, you agree to a recurring monthly or annual membership fee, based on the selected plan.
- You authorize Legacy to store and process your payment details for recurring billing.
- Failure to maintain an active membership will result in the loss of access to services, content, affiliate tools, and commission eligibility.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy for complete details. All sales are final unless a technical issue prevents access to the service and remains unresolved within 72 hours after notification.

All content, materials, and intellectual property on the platform remain the property of Legacy. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercialize any content without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Legacy and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Legacy and its officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims arising from your misuse of the platform or breach of this Agreement.
8. Termination
This Agreement may be terminated by either party at any time. Upon termination, you lose all rights to access services, bonuses, commissions, or affiliate benefits.
9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in London, UK, under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).
10. Amendments and Notifications
Legacy reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service and related policies at any time. Changes will be published on our website and take effect 30 days after publication unless required sooner by law. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any amendments.
11. Right to Cancel (UK and EU Residents)
You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days of registration. To exercise this right, you must send written notice to legacyquantumltd@gmail.com no later than 14 calendar days from the enrollment date.
